01. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, downloading an ebook, or using the EEE Job Prep Hub Android app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to the website (eeejobpreparation.com), all course content delivered through it, and the companion Android app.

02 .Who can use this platform

EEE Job Prep Hub is intended for students and job seekers preparing for electrical engineering (EEE) competitive exams, including power sector and government recruitment tests. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, phone number) is accurate and belongs to you.

If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm you have the authority and consent required to do so.

03 .Accounts & registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know immediately at admin@eeejobpreparation.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

• One account is intended for one individual learner; sharing login credentials to give course access to multiple people is not permitted.
• You may browse course listings, blogs, and ebooks as a guest, but enrollment, quizzes, and progress tracking require a registered account.

04 .Courses & enrollment

Course access is granted upon successful enrollment and payment (where applicable). Course structure, live class schedules, lesson content, and mock test formats may be updated from time to time to keep material exam-relevant; we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of material changes.

• Lifetime access, where advertised for a specific course, refers to continued access for as long as the platform offers that course, not a guaranteed indefinite hosting commitment.
• Live session recordings, where provided, are for personal study only and may not be redistributed.

05. Payments & refunds

Course fees are displayed in the currency and amount shown at checkout. Payments may be processed through supported gateways (e.g. bKash, Nagad, card payment, or other listed processors).

• Refund requests should be sent to admin@eeejobpreparation.com with your registered email and transaction details.
• Promotional discounts and coupon codes are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered.

06. Acceptable use

To keep the platform useful and fair for everyone preparing for exams together, you agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute paid course content, PDFs, or recordings outside the platform
• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or quiz timing mechanisms
• Use the platform to harass, impersonate, or share false information with other students
• Upload or share content that infringes on someone else’s copyright

07. Content & intellectual property

All course material, exam sets, ebooks, video lessons, and written notes on EEE Job Prep Hub are the property of EEE Job Prep Hub and its instructor, Md Sakhwat Hossain, unless otherwise credited. You may use this content for personal exam preparation only.

Reproducing, publishing, or distributing this material elsewhere — including on other coaching pages, YouTube channels, or file-sharing groups — is not permitted without written consent.

08. Liability & disclaimers

Course content, mock tests, and current-affairs updates are prepared to help with exam preparation, but do not guarantee any specific exam result, interview outcome, or job placement. Exam patterns, syllabi, and regulatory information (such as BERC notices referenced in blog posts) are provided as study aid and should be cross-checked against official sources before relying on them for an actual exam or interview.

The platform and app are provided “as is.” We work to keep content accurate and services available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and are not liable for losses arising from technical outages, third-party payment gateway issues, or inaccuracies in third-party content.

09. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts found violating these terms — for example, sharing paid content or misusing the platform — with or without prior notice depending on severity. You may stop using the platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform, courses, or app features evolve. Continued use of the website or app after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
